Shipping Destination

  • United States (Mainland Only): We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Main Devices: 2–5 business days (fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment network).
  • Accessories & Replacement Parts: 8–15 business days depending on warehouse location and product type.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Address changes must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect may not be eligible for refund.
  • Re-shipping fees may apply where applicable.
